A video of some people celebrating the birthday of an alleged thief with a ‘chor’ written cake has gone viral on the social media.
According to reports, the residents of a society in New Delhi spotted three people breaking into a flat. The residents ran after the thieves to catch them, but two of them managed to flee whereas one was left behind.
The thief started crying and said that it was his birthday. Taking pity on him, the residents decided to get a cake for him with "Chor" written on it.
The thief was later handed over to the police.
It is noteworthy to mention that this incident was first reported back in the year 2020.
