Maharashtra: Narrow escape for pregnant woman as ambulance explodes in Jalgaon, chilling VIDEO goes viral

A pregnant woman had a narrow escape in Maharashtra's Jalgaon district when the ambulance, she was travelling in, caught fire and exploded.

The windows of nearby houses reportedly shattered due to the explosion's impact.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The video of the explosion has been going viral online.

The incident took place on a national highway near Jalgaon's Dadawadi area. The ambulance was ferrying the pregnant woman and her family from Erandol government hospital to Jalgaon district hospital.

The ambulance driver spotted smoke coming from his vehicle engine and disembarked immediately. He also asked the patient and her family to do the same and alerted people nearby to stay away from the vehicle. Minutes later the entire vehicle caught fire and the ambulance oxygen cylinder exploded. The loud bang of the explosion could be heard in the video.
