Patna: Amid hectic campaigning for Lok Sabha elections, Leader of the Opposition Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Sunday fell sick and was forced to move out on wheelchair from Patna airport.
Yadav was not feeling well when he delivered speech in a public meeting, seeking support for RJD candidate Shahnawaz Alam in Araria Lok Sabha seat earlier during the day.
Soon after end of his speech, he was seen alighting from dais with support of security guards and party workers.
On his return from Araria, Yadav was so unwell that he was forced to move out on wheelchair from Patna airport.
When asked by media persons, RJD leader said that he was not feeling well at all. His condition further deteriorated, he added.
RJD leader was also not feeling well during his campaign on Saturday (yesterday) and had cut short his speech. Later, he had alighted from the dais with support of leaders and workers present on the occasion.
Apart from scorching heat, Yadav is also facing difficulty due to backpain which aggravated his condition. He has the burden to carry out campaign of entire INDIA bloc candidates in Bihar.
He is addressing six to seven public meetings everyday seeking support for INDIA bloc candidates.
