Kashmiri Pandits celebrates scrapping of article 370

After Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh were declared as the central government ruled state and article 370 and 35A were scrapped, citizens of Varanasi and entire UP celebrated the move.

The families of Kashmiri Pandits living in the capital city Lucknow also seemed jubilant after the declaration.
