The Mumbai Police have arrested a 43-year-old man after his pet pitbull attacked an 11-year-old boy in an auto-rickshaw in Mumbai’s Mankhurd area while he kept laughing. The boy was playing inside a parked auto-rickshaw when the accused Sohail Khan came to the spot and unleashed his pit bull dog on him.
