A young man was performing car stunts at Table Point on the Patan-Sadavaghapur road in Karad when he lost control of the vehicle and it plummeted 300 feet into a deep gorge. The driver sustained severe injuries in the accident and was rushed to Sahyadri Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
