Forgetting about the mangalsutra, Geeta fed her buffalo the peels that were kept in the plate

When Geeta realised that her mangalsutra was missing, she started looking for it

Then she remembered that she had kept the mangalsutra in the plate she gave the buffalo to eat

However, along with the peels, the buffalo ate away the mangalsutra

Then a veterinary doctor was called who used a metal detector and confirmed that the mangalsutra was in the buffalo's stomach

The buffalo underwent a two and half hour long surgery, following which the mangalsutra was recovered from its stomach
