Laborer Dharmendra’s wife Damini gave birth to a child in New Life Hospital on April 18

But, Dharmendra did not have enough money to pay the hospital bill of Rs 18,000

Then, the hospital manager and a broker persuaded Dharmendra to sell off his newborn for 2.5 lakh to clear the medical expenses

Finding no other alternative, Dharmendra gave in to their offer and sold his baby to a childless couple from Gwalior

The Gwalior couple took the newborn with them after paying money to the broker and doctor

But when Dharmendra did not get the full amount, wife Damini insisted on bringing her baby back

Damini's neighbors informed this matter to the police station who recovered the child from the Gwalior couple and brought it back
