Actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda was rushed to a hospital early this morning after accidentally shooting himself in the leg from his own licensed revolver, reports said.
The incident occurred around 4:45 AM while he was checking the weapon before heading out.
Initial reports indicate that the bullet struck his knee. Govinda is now reported to be out of danger, according to hospital sources.
According to sources, the actor was supposed to take an early morning flight to Kolkata.
