New Delhi:The Forensic Medical Board of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), set up to probe the death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput, has ruled out murder of the late actor in its report.
Dismissing the possibilities of Rajput having been strangled or poisoned, a team of AIIMS doctors examined the cause of death of the popular 34-year-old, whose body was found on June 14 in his Mumbai apartment.

They found no signs of injuries on the body, other than that left of hanging, to indicate any struggle or scuffle on either the body or the clothes of the deceased actor.AIIMS has completed its medico-legal opinion and submitted its report to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

Earlier, Mumbai Police, which had conducted an autopsy into the death, had concluded "asphyxia due to hanging" for the death.

The family of the late star had alleged that he had been killed and demanded a thorough probe into thecircumstances leading to his death.(UNI)
