New Delhi: Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya have tested negative for Covid-19, and have been discharged from the hospital.
Sharing the news on Twitter, actor and husband of Aishwarya, Abhishek Bachchan said on Monday,"Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever.Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff."
Aishwarya along with her daughter Aaradhya was admitted in Mumbai's Nanavati hospital, where they were treated for novel coronavirus.Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan were also admitted in Nanavati hospital on July 11, after they were tested Covid positive. However, Jaya Bachchan had tested negative for the virus.The Bachchan's residence 'Jalsa', along with their other three bungalows in Mumbai, was sealed by the BMC.(UNI)
