Age is just a number for Bollywood veteran Anil Kapoor. Young at heart, mind and body, he stands out in the industry for his unmatched dedication towards fitness. Refusing to let age hold him back, the actor has been ruling the hearts of his million of fans for decades now. When it comes to fitness, the Mr. India actor has been an inspiration for many. Following a strict diet alongwith good lifestyle habits and regular workouts, Kapoor leaves no stone unturned to stay in his best shape.
A regular on social media, the star often posts pictures and videos of him sweating it out. Fitness enthusiasts from all age groups in Bollywood look upto the actor and admire his dedication and committment towards his body.
