Mumbai:A Mumbai Special Court will continue hearing bail application of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, in the cruise drug bust case on Thursday.
The 23-year-old was arrested on October 3, following a raid by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
The NCB on Wednesday once again strongly objected to Khan's release on bail, saying the accused has links with the drug mafia.
Earlier, The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) had filed its reply in the special court that is hearing the bail plea of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's 23-year-old son Aryan Khan and seven others in connection with the cruise ship raid in Mumbai on October 3.
The arguments resumed around 14:45 hours and a battery of lawyers comprising senior advocate Amit Desai , Satishmane Shinde and others representing Khan argued on the reply filed by NCB opposing the bail plea.
Meanwhile SRK’s manager Puja Dadlani filed an application before the court, requesting it to allow her inside for hearing as Aryan’s representative.(UNI)
