Bombay HC grants bail to Actress Rhea Chakraborty

Mumbai:The Bombay High Court on Wednesday granted bail to Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty, Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda in cases registered under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act in actor Sushant Singh Rajput's death case.

While Rhea was granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh, the court rejected the plea of her brother Showik and Abdel Basit Parihar..

Rhea was arrested  on September 8 by the NCB under Narcotics act for allegedly procuring drugs for her late boyfriend-actor Sushant Singh Rajput and sent to 14-day judicial custody by a local court, here.She was lodged in Byculla women's jail.(UNI)
