Farmers burnt effigy of Kangna Ranaut in Goraya Punjab

Hundreds of activists belonging to Bhartiya Kisan Union (Doaba) Saturday registered their protest against the wrongly suspension of CISF constable Kulpreet Kaur on the charges of allegedly slapping Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut MP at Mohali Airport without detailed verification of truth.

The irritated Farmers led by Farmers Leader Tersem Singh amidst noisy slogans against BJP Government and burnt the effigy of Kangna Ranaut at Bus Stand Chowk in Goraya today.
BKU (Doaba) President Manjit Singh Rai, General Secretary Satnam Singh Sahni and Media Incharge Gurpal Singh Mauli warned and threatened the BJP led Union Government that farmers will intensify their stir against BJP and its MP Kangana Ranaut, if CISF Cop Kulpreet Kaur could not be freed and the FIR registered against her be withdrawn. They said the demonstration would could continue till acceptance of their demand.(UNI)<>
