Talking to a TV channel, Deepika, who makes her Hollywood debut in 'xxx: Return of the Xander Cage' opposite Vin Diesel, expressed happiness that finally Indian actors in Hollywood were finally getting role of prominence in Hollywood.
'I think it's nice to see kind of films being made or the way we are casting these roles shows, it seems we are moving beyond what we've been used to see for so many years.' Deepika, who was in the capital to launch a mental health awareness campaign said "Creativity should be beyond the color of one's skin.
I think the only reason why you should be cast in a film is because of the uniqueness you bring to the role," she added Talking about James Bond star Pierce Brosnan's appearing in an advertisement for an Indian pan masala brand, Deepika said,'he still looks as good.I think it's fantastic and amazing that we get to work with such amazing talent.
