KGF Chapter 2: Sanjay Dutt opens up about the physicality of 'Adheera'

As the second part of the period action film ‘KGF’ hits the screen today, Sanjay Dutt who is garnering immense love for his villainous character of 'Adheera', opened up about the physical transformation he went through to deliver his best on screen.

Speaking about it, the actor says, "A looming frightening presence with hard action sequences against the protagonist not only requires intense acting but also a believable body physicality. In simpler terms I didn’t only have to act the part, I also had to look the part. The training was hard but when I saw the rushes it was completely worth it."

Sanjay Dutt has always portrayed different and interesting characters in his films and his presence in the character of 'Adheera' has proven he is the 'Godfather' of Villains.

Besides KGF 2, Sanjay Dutt has ‘Ghudchadhi’ to be directed by Binoy Gandhi, ‘Shamshera’ and ‘Toolsidas Junior’ in the pipeline.
