Dent on Sivagami's image! 100 liquor bottles recovered from Ramya's car

Chennai :Police seized more than 100 bottles of beer and liquor from the car of popular actress Ramya Krishnan of South India, who played "Rajmata Shivagami Devi" in magnum opus "Baahubali" directed by SS Rajamouli.

According to sources, Ramya was traveling from Mamallapuram to Chennai with her sister Vinaya Krishnan. She was accompanied by a driver. Police stopped the car at check-post and started searching. More than 100 bottles of liquor were recovered from the car.

According to the report, the driver and the duo sisters were also detained for a short span of time. The driver was sent to Kanathur Police Station where he was set free after a bail. As per the rumors,  the driver got the bail with the help of Ramya.

This was a normal police check-up process that was being conducted at the police check-post. During the police checking, Innova Crysta owned by Ramya was loaded with bottles of liquor.

Whether Ramya was aware of alcohol in her car is still a question before the police which is under investigation. A detailed report is currently awaited.(WD)
