Mumbai: Former Mumbai top cop Rakesh Maria has come with yet another revelation in his book 'Let Me Say It Now'. Rakesh Maria has written that he did inform Bollywood producer Mahesh Bhatt about the possible threat of fatal attack on T Series founder Gulshan Kumar. This created a storm in the Tinsel town.
On August 12, 1997, Singer Gulshan Kumar was shot dead as he came out of a Shiva temple after offering prayer in Mumbai’s Andheri area. Interestingly he was murdered the way the former cop Rakesh Maria got the tip-off.
It is to be noted that A few days earlier the book revealed that Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) wanted to pass off the 26/11 terror attack in Mumbai as a case of Hindu terrorism.(WD)
