The shooting of Akshay Kumar Starrer "Bachchan Pandey" has been kicked off in Jaisalmer. Directed by Farhad Samji, the movie is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Earlier The movie was slated for December 2020 release.
As per the plan, Actress Jacqueline accompnied with Akshay, Kriti & Arshad have reached Jaisalmer. The film will be reportedly shot in places like Gadisar Lake and Jaisalkot.
Akshay Kumar's eponymous character Bachchan Pandey is a gangster who aspires to be an actor. Meanwhile, Kriti Sanon will essay the role of a journalist, who harbours dreams of becoming a film director. The twist in tale occurs when the two characters meet and discover their common passion for cinema.
Kriti also has been roped in recently in the project.That's not all,Versatile actor Pankaj Tripathi who is highly praised for his uncommon choices will also be seen in the movie.
Recently, Arshad Warsi has been roped in to play the role of Bachchan Pandey's friend. Bachchan Pandey also marks Sajid Nadiadwala's 10th collaboration with Akshay Kumar.(WD)
