Odela Railway Station which was released on OTT in 2022 was a sensational hit. The crime thriller was written by Sampath Nandi, while Ashok Teja directed it. The team is coming up with its sequel titled Odela 2. This one is going to be massive, in terms of story, span, casting, production, and technical standards.

Tamannaah Bhatia is cast to play the main lead in Odela 2. While the story has universal appeal, Tamannaah became familiar across the nation with her recent OTT outings became hits. Odela 2 goes many dimensions higher and deeper towards its roots. The sequel is centered around the village, its rich culture, heritage, and traditions, and how its true saviour Odela Mallanna Swamy always protects his village from evil forces.
