“This ain't Bollywood where Indian's win”: Pakistani actress on movie on Kulbhushan Jadhav

Karachi: The trailer of the upcoming Pakistani film “Dhai Chaal” -- based on the story of former Indian Navy officer and alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav -- is out. 

Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar shared the trailer of the film on her Instagram handle and wrote “And it's here!!!" She added: “Yeh Bollywood nahi hai, jahan tum Indians her jang jeet jatay ho." (This is not Bollywood where you Indians win every war).

“Dhai Chaal” is directed by Taimur Sheraji, produced by Irfan Ashraf, written by Farheen Choudhry and stars Shamoon Abbasi as Kulbhushan Jadhav and Ayesha Omar as a journalist.

The movie will be released on June 17.

India denies that Jadhav was a spy and says that he was working in Iran from where he was abducted and taken to Balochistan and framed by the Pakistanis.

A Pakistani military tribunal sentenced him to death in a military tribunal but the International Court of Justice stayed his execution due to lack of evidence. (UNI)
