Toilet Ek Prem Katha has broken the flop jinx at box office

Mumbai: Box office required a hit film badly after the Bahubali storm and Akshay Kumar has provided it at the right time. The film has not only impressed critics, but also received a positive response from the public. It looks like Akshay Kumar will have another 100 crore movie in his Kitty soon.

Earlier, Toilet Ek Prem Katha earned Rs 50-cr on its opening weekend, as per the trade sources. Not only on the weekend the movie did well on Monday with a marginal dip in the collection and earned rs 12 crore.  Besides, It made the most of holiday on Independce day and earned 20 crores. The gross collection of the movie is 83.4 crores and will reach 100 crore mark in few days. (WD)
