Donations received for construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya crosses Rs 1000 cr

Udupi:Vishwaprasanna Theertha Swamiji of Pejawar Mutt, one of the Trustees of Temple Committee, said that so far donations to the tune of Rs 1,000 crore have been received for the construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhya.
The Swamiji, in a statement here, said that he was satisfied with the campaign for raising funds and added that all sections of people have donated and this was necessary for unity.
The seer also opined that land around the Temple should be declared as reserved land so that there is no scope for encroachment.

On this occasion, the Pejawar Seer appealed to the authorities to name the circle at Kalsanka after Jagadguru Madhwacharya.(UNI)
