Navratri is being celebrated with great devotion this year. As per the lunar calendar, Durga Ashtami will be observed on Tuesday, September 30, followed by Maha Navami on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Devotees will perform Kanya Pujan and Havan during the auspicious timings on both days.
After this, Dussehra (Vijayadashami) will be celebrated on Thursday, October 2, 2025. On this day, people worship weapons and Goddess Aparajita during the Abhijit Muhurta, and Ravan Dahan is performed during the Pradosh Kaal (evening period after sunset).
