Bijapur/Sukma (Chhattisgarh): Five Maoists have been neutralised by security personnel during encounters underway in Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur and Sukma districts, police said on Tuesday.
Personnel of Chhattisgarh Police and Telangana’s Greyhound special force are engaged in the gun-battles as both are state border districts.
Four ultras were eliminated in Bijapur and one in Sukma. An unspecified number of personnel are reported to have sustained injuries. (UNI)
