Srinagar: A Grand Alliance was formed in Bihar election in 2015, followed by Karnataka after the post-election result. Now three parties are following the suit in Kashmir. According to the sources, three major parties, PDP, NC and Congress will meet the governor of J&K to stake claim of government formation. Altaf Bukhari may well become the next CM of the state, if everything goes well.
Earlier in June, BJP announced pulling out of the PDP-BJP alliance government in the militancy-hit Jammu and Kashmir government. Since then the state has been under governors rule.
Reports were rife that the two parties may forge an alliance to form the next government in the state after BJP called it quits with PDP. However trio parties rubbished the reports then.
