A suspected L-e-T terrorist held in Delhi

New Delhi: A suspected Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) terrorist was held by the Special Cell of Delhi Police and Gujarat Police ATS from the Delhi airport on the evening of Wednesday, police said.Bilal Ahmad Kawa (37) was arrested from Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, at around 1800 hrs, in a joint operation by the Gujarat ATS and the Special Cell of Delhi police.

He is said to be one of the alleged accused, involved in the attack on Red Fort in the capital, back in 2000.The said person was on the run since then, as per media reports.He is under further questioning, sources said.(UNI)
