New Delhi: A Delhi court on Friday granted bail to former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and her son Tejashwi Yadav in connection with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) hotels maintenance contract scam.
They were granted bail on a personal bond and surety amount of Rs 1 lakh each.
Fodder scam convict Lalu Prasad, as railway minister, had handed over the maintenance of two hotels run by IRCTC, a subsidiary of the Indian Railways, to a hotel in return for a prime plot of three acres in Patna.
Lalu is presently lodged in Jharkhand jail.
Twelve others were also granted bail in the case. (UNI)
