Bengaluru: Multi-Crore Fake Stamp paper king pin Abdul Karim Lal Telgi, who was serving Life Sentence passed away at Victoria Hospital .The 56 year-old Telgi had multiple organ failure.He was in ICU for the last one week.
Since the last three months, his health condition became very critical.His arrest and reveal of the printing fake stamp papers had sent shock waves and it had caused crores of rupees loss to the State exchequer.
