The session witnessed participation from 21 key departments of Hyderabad City, representatives from the organising body, NGOs, and the Exhibition Society. Discussions centred around logistics, security, traffic management, public health, and crowd control to ensure the event proceeds smoothly.

The meeting also involved a comprehensive review of shortcomings from the previous year, with an emphasis on implementing corrective measures.
