Celebrated South Indian actress Rashmika Mandanna has reflected on the profound impact of 'Srivalli' in the Pushpa franchise, stating that the character has transcended the screen to become a defining facet of her artistic and personal identity.

The blockbuster film "Pushpa 2: The Rule", starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna in key roles, is scheduled for its World Television Premiere on Zee Cinema at 7:30 pm on Saturday, May 31.

Reflecting on the widespread cultural impact of her role, Rashmika said, "Oh, honestly I think people already call me Srivalli! And I would talk to my team about this in the past......That I feel like Srivalli has become my second persona, which I am so happy and proud of. Because the only thing an actor would want is recognised for the work they have done and to me, it's the best compliment an actor could get. And today when people call me Srivalli, it makes me really happy!"

Rashmika further added, "Playing Srivalli has been a truly enriching experience because she represents a blend of quiet strength and emotional depth. In Pushpa 2, her character evolves significantly-she's no longer just a supportive presence, but someone who takes a stand when it truly matters. There's a pivotal scene where she stands up for Pushpa, and it's not just about their relationship, but about her own conviction and courage. That moment really reflects how much she has grown, and as an actor, portraying that transformation was both relatable and rewarding."

Rashmika also praised co-star Allu Arjun for his relentless dedication, “Working with Allu Arjun sir has been an incredible learning experience. He brings such infectious energy and unwavering dedication to the set-it's truly inspiring. Watching the level of detail and depth he brings to his character taught me so much. Being around that kind of passion really motivated me to push myself and give my best as a performer." (UNI)<>
