JDU leader Sharad Yadav says India's composite culture threatened under Modi Govt

New Delhi: Launching a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi-led NDA Government on various issues including mob lynching and attack on Dalits, Senior Janata Dal (United) leader Sharad Yadav today said that the composite culture of the country was under threat from the present Government while appealing to the youth to save it.

Addressing a 'Sanjhi Virasat Bachao' (save composite culture) event here, Mr Yadav said, "The composite culture is a product of centuries of engagement of people of different communities of the country, which was unique and strength of India," he said."It is this culture which some forces are trying to destroy and we are to save this culture.I am appealing to the youth to come out to save it, " the JD(U) leader asserted.Mr Yadav also said that violence was being perpetrated in the country in the name of faith, religion and 'Love Jehad' which had put the diversity of the country under threat.
