A shocking murder case has surfaced in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, involving a 28-year-old woman named Muskan. Her husband, Mohammad Rizwan, and his two accomplices, Radheshyam and Ram Avtar, have been arrested and charged with her murder.

Muskan had been missing since February 18, and her disappearance coincided with the cancellation of Rizwan's bail in an old criminal case.

After Muskan's sudden disappearance, her uncle approached the police and lodged a missing person's complaint. In his complaint, Hasan named Rizwan as a suspect. On March 30, Rizwan confessed to the crime during an interrogation.

According to SP (City) Amit Kishore Srivastava, Rizwan confessed to killing Muskan with the help of his accomplices, strangling her to death and burying her body in the Narava area. He allegedly paid each of his accomplices Rs 70,000 for the crime. To hide his crime, Rizwan spent 27 days in jail after his bail was cancelled.

Muskan and Rizwan had a troubled marriage, with frequent arguments over financial issues. Rizwan, who had a first wife, Zainab, and a three-year-old son with Muskan, was struggling to provide for his family. The couple's arguments escalated, ultimately leading to Muskan's tragic death.

"Rizwan was under financial strain and had a 3-year-old son with Muskan. Rizwan would provide Muskan with about Rs 10,000 for monthly expenses, However, she demanded Rs 40,000 for their child's upbringing, leading to frequent disputes between them. Frustrated by the ongoing conflict, Rizwan ultimately decided to eliminate her," the SP said.
