Ten identified in boys locker room case

New Delhi:Delhi Police has identified ten people, in connection with posting outrageous comments and harassing girls along with uploading their sensitive pictures in social media.Cyber Crime Cell Police is preparing to go ahead with a legal action against them, said a police official talkng about finding out a group on Instagram called 'Boys Locker Room' during keeping a watch over social media.
Some people were found to have posted vulgure comments and pisctures of girls on this group.The Delhi Police Special Cell has filed a FIR in this regard on Monday and had given the investigation to its Cyber Cell.The police has sought information from Instagram in this regard so that the people involved can be identified , while so far 10 have been identified amongst them and leaving aside the under aged , all others are being questioned.
 
On Monday , DCW chief Swati Maliwal had said that the commission had sent a notice to the social media platform as well as the Delhi Police regarding the group boys locker room informing them about the kind of alleged planning of rape was being done and pictures of girls were also shared on that group.
 
She said that such boys shall not be spared at all,and in addition to this Maliwal said that those girls who were being targeted in this group are brave and will be extended protection and assisstance by the commission.(UNI)
