Shimla: Himachal Pradesh government offered post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to Indian Women International Cricket Team member Sushma Verma, who hails from this hill state. Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, before leaving to Delhi this morning, said the state is proud of her achievement in the International Cricket arena.

He said the state government has offered post of Deputy Superintendent to Sushma as she has brought laurels to the state and to the people of Himachal Pradesh by excelling herself in international cricket. Sushma, from Himri Panchayat of Shimla Rural, is a wicket keeper in India Women cricket team. (UNI)
