A big blow to Sonia and Rahul in National Herald Case

New Delhi:  AICC president and Vice president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi received a blow in connection with National Herald case on Friday morning.  The Delhi high court has ordered Income tax department to conduct investigation. The defendant’s advocate and senior Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that he will appeal against this decision in supreme court.
 


Earlier the Delhi High Court gave nod to IT Dept to conduct investigation of Young India company. Besides, the court also said that company can’t act tough and has to furnish the document to Income tax department. It is to be noted that the both Sonia and Rahul has stakes in the following company. The BJP leader Subramanian Swamy dragged accussed Sonia and Rahul of using the assets of National Herald unlawfully and went to the court in 2012. (WD)
