New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate has attached Rs 263 crore worth assets of Deccan Chronicle Holdings Limited in connection with a bank fraud case.
According to ED officials, the agency has issued an provisional order to attach the assets of the firm amounting to Rs 263 crores under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). 'The company had not repaid a loan of Rs 357 crore from Canara Bank,' said the ED official. (UNI)
