Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh's erstwhile Cabinet minister Laxmikant Sharma succumbed to the novel coronavirus late Monday at the state capital's Chirayu Hospital where he was admitted recently.
The senior Bharatiya Janata Party politician was about 60 and hailed from Vidisha District's Sironj. Initially a teacher, he was first elected to the Assembly in the nineties. (UNI)
