Cricket universe praise Pakistan's stunning victory

London: The cricketing universe congratulated the Pakistan cricket team after the arch rivals stunned the defending champions India by lifting the ICC Champions Trophy here at Kennington Oval.

The Cricket fraternity took to the popular social media platform twitter to eulogize Pakistan's stunning performance in the final of the ICC Champions trophy.Former veteran cricketer Virender Sehwag twitted, "Congratulations Pakistan on a really comprehensive victory today.

Well played, deserved winners and a great result for Pakistan cricket." Dynamic southpaw Suresh Raina expressed, "Superb performance @hardikpandya7 & good team effort #TeamIndia.Congratulations @TheRealPCB #INDvPAK #iccchampionstrophy2017final.

" Former Sri Lankan skipper Kumar Sangakkara commented, "The emotions shown by @TheRealPCB shows what it meant to beat @BCCI for the first time in an @ICC event.

Pakistan legend Imran Khan tweeted, "Congratulations to Team Pakistan on their great performance in winning #CT17 And how wonderful to watch Fakhar's raw talent in action."
