Kalaburagi: The Karnataka Police have registered an FIR against a person for allegedly killing a 25-year-old Hindu boy for disapproving his sister's inter-faith relationship with the deceased.

The FIR was lodged based on a complaint filed by Kamble's mother at Wadi police station. She complained that the girl's father and brother stabbed her son to death.

Shahbuddin had killed Kamble on Wednesday.

The accused has been booked under IPC Sections 302 (Punishment for murder) and 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) and SC/ST Act (The Government of India enacted the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Act in order to prevent the atrocities against SC/STs).
