Kannur: A State Bank of India woman employee suffered stab injuries in an alleged attack by her husband, who called her outside during banking hours in the ruse of some important discussion in Kerala's Kannur district on Thursday, the police said.

According to police, the 39-year-old victim suffered a stab injury and then ran inside the bank in an attempt to escape from the attack. But her husband followed her and again attacked with a machete.
