Nashik: Maharashtra Minister of state for Food, Civil supplies and Consumer protection Chhagan Bhujbal tested corona positive on Monday.
In a statement, Mr Bhujbal stated that his Corona test was positive and advised all those who came in contact with him in the last two or three days get their tests done. “I am fine and there was no reason to worry,” he further said.
The Minister recently attended a public function like the Shiv Jayanti programme in the city and interacted with people and journalists at Panchavati Nashik.
Even on Sunday, he had attended the wedding ceremony of NCP MLA, Saroj Ahire of Deolali Assembly constituency.
Various political leaders including NCP senior leader Sharad Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Guardian Minister Chhagan Bhujbal had attended the wedding. (UNI)
