Kolhapur: Total six daughters of ‘Bhosale’ family of Khotwadi-Wagve village in Panhala tehsil of this district, were in Maharashtra police service at different police stations of the state.
Suresh Rangrao Bhosale and his brother Chandrakant has six daughters including four to Suresh and three to Chandrakant. Out of total seven, six daughters, three each of two brothers, were discharging their duty at different police stations in the state.
Suresh has four daughters and two sons and out of them three daughters including Sarika, Suvrna and Sujata has joined to police department while their youngest brother Somnath was also trying to recruit in police while Suresh’s brother Chandrakant has three daughters, including Rupali, Sonali and youngest Vimal Bhosale, who all serving their duties in police, from which Suvrna and Sonali Bhosale had selected on police department first in 2008.
All six girls, who had not get their secondary education in Khotwadi, took their education in Wagve village with daily walking, two KM away from Khotwadi and even in rainy season they completed their education.
Out of six daughters, five including Sarika, Suvrna, Rupali, Sonali and Vimal were married while Sujata Bhosale yet to marry. Even all five daughters were married, all of them still put their father’s surname as “Bhosale”.
Sarika Bhosale posting in Pimpari-Chinchvad police commissioner office, Suvrna Bhosale in Police Superintendent office-Kolhapur, Sujata Bhosale in Alibag-Raygad police superintendent office, Rupali Bhosale in Nashik city police, Sonali Bhosale Juna Rajwada police station Kolhapur and Vimal Bhosale in Kolhapur traffic branch.
Late grand-father Rangrao Bhosale had expressed confidence that his all grand-daughters would grow up with take education in such tiny village and would live by their own earnings and he also had advised all daughters not to close education at any cost.
With became such six daughters recruited in police department from one family, was a pride one and amazing and on this backdrop, peoples from neighbouring villages coming to met Bhosale brothers for taking guidance in recruiting in police department for their daughters. (UNI)
