Mumbai: A man claiming to be a farmer from Osmanabad attempted self-immolation outside the Maharashtra Assembly on Tuesday while the monsoon session was underway.
Subhash Bhanudas Deshmukh was rushed to a hospital where doctors said he had suffered 20 per cent burn injuries. His condition was said to be stable.
