New Delhi:JNU is in the news again for all wrong reasons. A JNU student and AISA activist Anmol Ratan has allegedly raped a PhD student. According to the sources, accused called victim to watch a Marathi movie “Sairat” with him and later raped her.
The Police has registered a case on the complaint registered by the research scholar. The victim recently posted on Facebook that she wished to watch movie “Sairat”. The accused messaged her that he has the movie. She further added that Anmol, the accused picked her from the hostel. The accused raped the girl after having drinks in his room at the Brahmapurta boys hostel and also threatened her of dire consequences if she complained about him.
