SC orders rape accussed RJD MLA Raj Ballav Yadav to surrender

New Delhi: A Supreme Court division bench headed by Justice NV Ramanna today ordered Bihar MLA, Raj Ballav Yadav, accused of raping a minor girl, to surrender before the Bihar trial court by tomorrow.

The Bihar Government today told the court that the accused had not surrendered yet after the Apex Court stayed the Bihar High court's order which had granted relief to Yadav. (UNI)
