STPI to support women entrepreneur with Rs 25 Lakh of Seed funding through NGIS CHUNAUTI 2.0

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) Bhopal organized an outreach webinar on  Thursday for Next generation Incubation Scheme (NGIS) CHUNAUTI 2.0 start up challenge focussing on women entrepreneur. The NGIS scheme has been formulated and conceptualized to boost the local start up ecosystem working in 12 tier-II/tier-III locations across India and Bhopal has been selected as one the location for the implementation of this scheme.
 
While delivering the key note address at the outreach webinar, Dr Devesh Tyagi, Senior Director of STPI India said that NGIS is a futuristic scheme which offers comprehensive support and benefits to technology start ups from various STPI centre PAN India under one common umbrella.  He further elaborated on the zeal witnessed in the participants during first phase of NGIS CHUNAUTI  and emphasized on the same zeal to be portrayed majorly by Women Entrepreneurs in recently launched NGIS CHUNAUTI 2.0.
 
Dr. Rajneesh Agrawal, Director STPI Noida  elaborated on various aspect of start up eco system and urged start up and innovators to take part in this NGIS challenge “Chunauti 2.0”. He further informed the participants about the benefits which can be leveraged upon in recently launched CHUNAUTI 2.0 as the beneficiaries would have access to STPI’s nationwide mentor pool  and STPI’s Lab that would help grow and excel to become a sustainable and profitable ventures.
 
Shri Nemesh Singh, Chief Mentor for NGIS Bhopal and CEO of Appointy Bhopal spoke about his start up journey and explained the different challenges a start up faces during the start up journey. During his address he emphasized on how support extended through NGIS  to the Women Entrepreneurs can result in the formation of successful enterprises under Women Leadership.
 
Ms. Mamta Bakliwal, Co-Founder and CTO of Empower Integrated Solutions Pvt Ltd spoke about her journey and challenges she faced three decades ago as startup and who she converted those challenges into opportunities to establish her company. She asserted that the key mantra behind her success is high determination, hardwork and business ethics. She also encouraged the woman entrepreneurs to convert their ideas into start-ups before the opportunity is missed.    
 
Ms. Arti Agrawal, Co-Founder, Anaxee Digital Runners, Indore has shared her journey of the Biometric start-up which she co-founded and the challenges faced during the transformation of her establishment from a start-up to a successful enterprise. She emphasized that commitment and passion is the key for success and getting right direction is the most important aspect. She further told that market connect and ability to sell your product are the key aspect for any business to sustain. She further motivated young women start-ups to choose the path of entrepreneurship as career.
 
Ms. Palak Saboo, Co-Founder & CEO – Kaizen Academy, Delhi shared that innovation clubbed with  right technology selection  are the basis for sustaining in any business. She further shared the insight of her journey on how she was transformed from a job seeking employee to a successful entrepreneur with sheer determination and converting obstacles into opportunities which is the mantra for being a successful entrepreneur.
 
The NGIS presentation was given by Shri S H Abbas Mehdi, Joint Director & OIC-Madhya Pradesh who illustrated about the salient feature of NGIS and CHUNAUTI 2.0 online challenge contest. The event was participated by huge numbers of start ups, entrepreneurs, academicians, researchers and students at large.
