TMC MP and Suvendu Adhikari’s father Sisir Adhikari joins BJP in presence of Amit Shah in Medinipur

Egra: TMC MP from Tamluk Sisir Adhikari on Sunday joined the BJP in presence of Union Home minister Amit Shah at his Egra rally in East Medinipur.

Addressing the rally Mr Adhikari, whose son Suvendu Adhikari who is contesting from Nandigram and pitted against TMC supremo Mamata Banerjee, said he was forced to join the saffron brigade after months of humiliation to his family members by the TMC leaders.

He also appealed to the Union Home to save Bengal from the brink and get industrialisation and deep seaport to save the district. (UNI)
