New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Virat Kohli on Thursday joined the team bio-bubble in Chennai ahead of the start of Indian Premier league 2021.
Kohli will undergo a seven-day quarantine in his hotel room before starting his preparations. He quit the bio-bubble in Pune on Monday after India’s ODI series win against England.
RCB has already started its training camp on Tuesday for the upcoming season which begins on April 9.
“If you thought we were done breaking the internet for the day, think again! Captain Virat Kohli Crown has arrived in Chennai,” RCB posted on Twitter.
Earlier in the day, another key RCB player and South African star batsman A B de Villiers also joined the RCB bio-bubble in Chennai.
“BREAKING THE INTERNET: The spaceship has landed! AB de Villiers has joined the RCB bubble in Chennai,” RCB tweeted.
